Neighborhood Spotlight: Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum

Located just down the street from us at 213 North Talbot Street lies one of St. Michaels greatest resources and most interesting attractions, the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. From an active boat yard to public programs and exhibitions, there is something for everyone to see and learn at the Museum. They are busy gearing up for a busy spring, starting with a concert by Judy Cook on Saturday, April 10th called “Songs of Women and the Sea.” In May they have an exciting Maritime Model Expo, which includes radio-controlled models powered by steam, battery and wind. This event, held Saturday, May 22nd, will have plenty of activities for children, too!
